Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 August 2026

1Who we are

Nunarra is a business operated from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Nunarra 1335 Mississauga Road
Mississauga, Ontario L5H 2J3
Canada
contact@nunarra.io

In these terms, “we,” “us” and “Nunarra” mean that business. “You” means the person or company using the service.

By creating an account or using Nunarra, you agree to these terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company or brokerage, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2What Nunarra does

Nunarra identifies publicly available content that has outperformed the account that published it, explains why it performed, and generates original content suggestions — hooks, angles, script direction, captions and formats — tailored to the market and audience you tell us about.

Nunarra is a research and creative tool. It does not post on your behalf, does not connect to or access your social media accounts, and does not guarantee any level of reach, engagement, leads or business outcomes.

3Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us at contact@nunarra.io if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

One subscription is for one person.

4Subscription, billing and renewal

Nunarra costs USD $99 per month, excluding any taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Nunarra is the seller of record. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Free trial. New accounts may start a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged USD $99. You can cancel at any point during the trial at no cost, and we will email you before the trial ends.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file on the renewal date. Cancel any time from your account settings.

Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. New pricing applies from your next renewal; you can cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments. We may retry a failed payment and may suspend access until it succeeds. We’ll email you before suspending.

Where we sell. At launch we accept customers in Canada and the United States. We’ll open other regions as we’re able to support them.

Cancellation and refunds: see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5Content we analyse

Nunarra analyses content that is publicly visible on third-party platforms and public sources. We identify it, describe it, and explain the mechanics behind its performance.

We do not host, copy or rehost third-party content. Where a source is shown to you, it is embedded directly from the original platform, so it plays from that platform, under that platform’s terms, and remains under the control of whoever posted it. If the original is deleted or made private, it stops being available in Nunarra too.

We claim no ownership of third-party content and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any platform we monitor. Platform names and marks belong to their owners.

Nunarra exists to help you create your own version of an underlying idea. It is not a tool for copying someone else’s work, and you should not reproduce source content.

6How content qualifies

Nunarra applies an engagement threshold relative to account size before a piece of content enters the pool. The threshold scales with follower count, and is set so that qualifying content has significantly outperformed what its own audience size would predict. Thresholds may be adjusted over time as platforms and engagement norms change.

Every qualifying piece is checked by a member of our team before it can appear in your daily set.

7Content Nunarra generates for you

You own the scripts, hooks, captions and other output Nunarra generates for you, to the extent such material is capable of being owned. We claim no rights over what you create or publish.

Two things to understand:

  • Output is generated in part by AI systems. It may contain errors, and may resemble output generated for another user in a similar market. We don’t warrant that output is original, accurate, or free of third-party rights.
  • You are responsible for what you publish. Check accuracy, comply with the rules of the platform you post to, and meet any advertising, disclosure, brokerage or regulatory obligations that apply to you — including real estate advertising rules in your jurisdiction. Nunarra does not provide legal, financial, tax or real estate advice. Rate, policy and market information shown in the product is general context only and is not verified for your transaction.

Fair use. Content generation is unlimited under normal use — there are no credits, no meters and no per-item caps. We reserve the right to apply reasonable limits only where usage is automated, abusive, or so far outside normal patterns that it threatens the stability of the service for other users. We would contact you before applying any limit.

We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the service.

8Acceptable use

Don’t use Nunarra to:

  • Break the law, or the terms of any platform you post to
  • Publish content that is misleading, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute Nunarra’s research or output as your own product or service
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying data, models or methodology
  • Share your account outside your subscription, or access the service by automated means at scale

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

9Availability

We aim to deliver your daily set every day but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we’ll give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid unused period.

10Beta and early access

Parts of Nunarra may be offered as beta or early access. Beta features are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and may be less reliable than the rest of the service.

11Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nunarra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, the Canadian Competition Act, or equivalent protections where you live.

12Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms, or with 30 days’ notice otherwise, refunding any prepaid unused period.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

If you’re a consumer in a place whose law gives you rights that can’t be waived by contract, nothing here removes those rights, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts where local law allows.
