Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel any time, in two clicks, from your account settings. No email required, no retention call, no questions.
Free trial
Your trial runs 3 days from signup. A payment method is required to start it. Cancel before it ends and you’re charged nothing.
We email you 24 hours before the trial ends, so the first charge is never a surprise. If you don’t cancel, your subscription starts and your card is charged USD $99.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you keep full access — including your archive — until then. You aren’t charged again after that.
We don’t refund partial months, because you keep access for the time you paid for.
When we do refund
- You were charged after cancelling
- You were charged twice for the same period
- The service was unavailable for an extended period through our fault
- We discontinue the service — we refund any prepaid unused period
Email contact@nunarra.io and we’ll refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling is not deleting
Cancelling ends your billing and keeps your archive available for 90 days in case you come back. If you want your data erased instead, ask us at contact@nunarra.io and we’ll follow the deletion process in our Privacy Policy.
If you’re in Ontario or elsewhere in Canada
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or equivalent provincial legislation.
